Since 2002, when the IRS gave guidance on the proper structure of a TIC investment, Adam has been at the forefront of the industry. As an active participant in the field, Adam is a frequent speaker at real estate trade shows and events, and has often been quoted on the topic in the press.

When Adam joined Los Angeles–based boutique real estate firm SCI Real Estate Investments, it had no external sales force or national presence, and its portfolio was valued at around $50 million. During his tenure there, Adam developed a marketing program that exposed SCI offerings to investors nationwide, and he personally built a sales force that numbered over 40 associates at its peak. By 2008, the firm’s portfolio was valued in excess of $1.8 billion, and Adam and his team had raised over $750 million from nearly 700 TIC investors.

Prior to joining SCI, Adam worked in diverse fields, including film production, network television analysis, and extensively in corporate marketing for a variety of firms, most prominently Automatic Data Processing, the nation’s largest payroll and payroll tax administrator, servicing clients ranging from small businesses to the Fortune 500.

Adam is a licensed California real estate agent.
